Bio
Having enjoyed the benefits of massage, yoga, and meditation for many years I decided to become a massage therapist because receiving a massage is such a wonderful gift.
During 17 years working as a nurse I frequently found myself giving massages to patients, coworkers, friends, and family and found it to be the most healing and nourishing treatment that I could offer. My Massage Therapy training and Yoga Teacher Training were done at Kripalu Center. My background also includes a BA in Biology from Ohio Wesleyan University and AD in Nursing from University of Maine. I have boundless interest in learning about the human body and exploring ways of helping people heal so my continuing education is plentiful. I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Holistic Nutrition.
